Sensitive Skin
Ever since I was a kid, my skin has been very sensitive and that’s why I only eat limited kinds of food and I only use hypoallergenic products. The usual kind of skin products in the market today is very harsh on the skin because of the chemicals that manufacturers include in it. That’s why I never use them and I only buy the kind of soap that is gentle on the skin. Usually, before I buy anything, I research about it first.
Whenever I take a bath, I make sure that I use fragrance free soap. This is because soaps that have scent may include chemicals that can be harmful to my skin. They cause irritation and itchiness for me and that’s why I always stay away from them. Their effect is the same and both kinds of soap can clean your body so there’s really no loss for me at all.
Total Cleansing
A full body cleanse is a type of cleanse that is designed to rid waste and toxins from major organs of the body such as the liver, colon, lungs, kidneys, and sweat glands. This whole body cleanse is often the most difficult and most intense of all of the cleanses because they target so many organs all at the same time. As part of a whole body cleanse, people often change their diets including their lifestyles. It may also involve additional exercise and making sure to get more rest than usual.
The organs that are targeted as part of a whole body cleanse are always working to eliminate toxins and waste from the body. A whole body cleanse will help promote these functions as well as assist in the elimination process. One of the ways to promote these functions is to make sure that the organs are not overloaded with toxins. Cutting down on certain food items, such as processed food, refined foods, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and fatty foods is a great way to start.
